A film movement born in a Brussels classroom
Wake Up! is a short film made by a group of young people and teachers in Brussels. It follows Tom, a teenager worn down by bullying while everyone around him chooses to look away — and it asks everyone watching to do the opposite.
Ten minutes that ask a simple question: what would you do?
Tom is pushed, insulted, and isolated by classmates — while people who see it happening say nothing. Wake Up! was built from conversations with young people who lived through exactly that, and its message is aimed less at the people causing harm than at everyone standing beside them.
